The course is meant for beginners of AutoCount accounting software. You may attend the course if you are interested in the topics covered in this course.
6. Do I need to have knowledge of accounting?

Accounting knowledge or experience is not mandatory. However some understanding of double entry concept and business document flows will be helpful.

8. What is the medium of instruction?

Training will either be conducted in Mandarin or English, depending on the date of the course.

Our trainers are fluent in Mandarin so during an English session, participants are allowed to ask question in Mandarin.
9. Do I have discount if I attend the same course more than one time?

Yes, you may repeat the same course by paying only RM50 per day or Rm100 for 2days without course materials.
10. Can I reschedule the class?

You may request to attend the class on other schedule dates subject to availability prior to the commence of the course.
11. How to be qualified for the certificate of completion?
-
100% attendance, submit assignments before dateline, score at least 70% from the assignments.
12. Is there any certificate for attendance?

Yes with the condition of 100% attendance.
13. Do you issue tax invoice and official receipt?

Yes
14. Does the course fee include lunch and refreshments?

No, lunch and refreshment is not included.
